EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2022     -  2023   AM <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br />Agency Name: Reintegration Support Network       <br />Program Name: Peer Support Training for Youth Serving Organizations       <br />Funding Award: $6,154       <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />    Peer support training for youth-serving organizations 6154      <br />           <br />            <br />            <br />            <br />            <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 20      . <br />●Provide Recovery Coach Academy Training  to staff of other youth serving organizations – 1 <br />Cohort of 6 – 8 participants by 6.31.2023. <br />●Provide 10 Workshops for other youth serving organizations in Orange County to build their <br />capacities serving youth with substance use, mental health, or justice involvement.       <br />●Enhance the skills of staff and/or volunteers working directly with youth in Orange County by <br />administering surveys to collect information on skill competencies for workshop participants. <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
