Staff will lead community meetings. Staff is <br /> considering the possibility of the Conflict Resolution Consortium from UNC-IOG assisting <br /> in the facilitation of these meetings. <br /> Purpose: <br /> • To conduct a public meeting in each of the eight Small Areas <br /> • To explain the Comprehensive Planning process and issues, and <br /> • To solicit more input from the general public. <br /> Meeting Content: <br /> • Provide Background on Plan and Planning Process <br /> • Review Existing Land Use Conditions <br /> • Describe Various Growth Scenarios and the possible future conditions that may <br /> occur. <br /> • Explain various Growth Management Tools to Address Issues <br /> • Receive Input from residents on Growth Scenarios <br /> Outcome: A list of public comments and concerns. <br />
