Steve Arndt, Asset Management <br /> 2) Signed Lease Agreement between Director, (919) 245-2658 <br /> Orange County & Well Dot, Inc. <br /> 3) Lease Agreement Amendment <br /> Letter <br /> PURPOSE: To consider extending the 120-day inspection period contained in the lease <br /> agreement between the County and Well Dot, Inc. by 45 days to accommodate additional <br /> groundwater testing. <br /> BACKGROUND: Well Dot, Inc. has an existing office location in Orange County at 419 W. <br /> Franklin St., Chapel Hill, highlighted in red on the map below, which will accommodate up to 85 <br /> employees in senior management. To house an additional 300+ jobs Well Dot plans to hire <br /> through 2025, a second location was needed in downtown Chapel Hill. The Company identified <br /> the County's former Visitors Bureau building and the adjacent space previously occupied by the <br /> Skills Development Center as its desired location.
