31 <br /> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO AMEND: <br /> By executing this Letter Agreement, Landlord hereby agrees to the terms of this Letter Agreement and the <br /> amendment of Section 23 of the Lease such that the Inspection Period shall now expire on Monday, <br /> November 21, 2022. With such signature, no further amendment to the Lease shall be required in order to <br /> accomplish such revision to the Lease.
