The Arts Commission has received the following revenues: <br /> • State Arts Grant — The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) has received <br /> $14,081 in additional State Arts Grant Funds. Funds are to be granted to top scoring <br /> Grassroots applicants who are 501(c)(3) arts organizations. These funds are <br /> authorized in the Visitors Bureau Fund, outside of the General Fund. <br /> • Technical Assistance Grant — The Arts Commission has received $2,500 in a <br /> technical assistant grant from the State Arts Grant fund. These funds allow the OCAC <br /> director to attend the 2022 Kennedy Center Leadership Accessibility in the Arts <br /> Conference and take part in a statewide accessibility cohort through Arts Access. <br /> These funds are authorized in the Visitors Bureau Fund, outside of the General Fund. <br /> • Donations — The board of the Orange County Arts Alliance (OCAA), the 501(c)(3) <br /> fundraising arm of the Arts Commission, has authorized the allocation of $19,000 <br /> towards supporting the programmatic expenses of the Arts Commission. These funds <br /> were raised through private donations and fundraisers. These funds are authorized in <br /> the Visitors Bureau Fund, outside of the General Fund. <br /> • Special Appropriation State Arts Grant — The Arts Commission has received an <br /> American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant through the State's Grassroots Arts <br /> program. The division will allocate $35,656 of that grant to provide grants funds to top <br /> scoring 501(c)(3) arts organizations.
