Since the publication of the report card, the Council and the Committees have <br /> concentrated on developing activity plans that will address concerns raised in the report card. <br /> The report card and the brief presentation that will be made by the Chair of Healthy Carolinians <br /> Council are attached. <br /> Summary of Health Department Strategic Plan Accomplishments <br /> During the joint work session last April, the Health Department presented a four year strategic <br /> plan to the Commissioners. The attached slides briefly outline accomplishments for year one <br /> and highlight the upcoming focus for activities identified in the overall plan. If Commissioners <br /> wish to review these slides and forward any questions they may have to the Health Director or <br /> the Chair of the Board of Health, Health Board members will respond to those questions <br />
