Clarifications <br />1.Siemens will be providing parts and installation per quoted bill of material for this project. <br />2.Siemens will provide the fire alarm permit, review and inspection fees. <br />3.Siemens will need to be provided with architectural backgrounds in Auto CAD files. <br />4.Siemens will provide a one submittal set of drawings. An electronic and hard set of approved and <br />stamped as builds will be provided to the Owner upon the project completion. <br />5.Owner will need to allow Siemens full and complete access to the property for the duration of the <br />project. <br />6.All scheduling and phasing will need to have the Owner's input and will require the Owner's <br />cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br />7.Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br />8.All work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm. <br />9.This price is firm for 30 days from the date of this proposal. <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 03D466F8-EBDB-4042-B668-72A5BECAD0C9
