Support housing stability and quality of life for all CHT residents <br />Action Expected Outcome <br />Provide home maintenance classes or <br />workshops to educate homeowners on basic <br />home maintenance. <br />Provide a minimum of 4 home maintenance <br />classes during the year <br />Maintain HUD agency certification Two HUD counselors will maintain all required <br />documentation and reporting <br /> <br />Provide maintenance assessments to <br />homeowners to help them budget and plan <br />for upcoming repairs <br />Four assessments will be provided to <br />homeowners <br />Build community within various CHT <br />neighborhoods <br />Facilitate 2 homeowner and 3 Landings activities <br />to encourage community involvement and <br />neighbor-to-neighbor relationships. <br />Encourage resident participation within their <br />respective communities, such as HOA boards <br />50% of all HOA boards in CHT communities will <br />have at least 1 CHT homeowner sitting on the <br />board. <br />Provide education to homeowners regarding <br />their HOA declarations and bylaws <br />Hold 3 HOA education sessions to teach <br />homeowners about the responsibilities of their <br />HOA and how they can be involved. <br />Continue to provide 1-1 financial counseling, <br />workshops, and youth financial literacy <br />programs for homeowners, tenants, and <br />community members <br />Facilitate 4 financial workshops and 20 1-1- <br />counseling sessions.
