We arrived at that amount using the funding formula in the Inter-local Agreement and we have <br />attached the spreadsheet showing the calculation of the formula. <br /> <br />This funding request is $9,319 more than the allocation for 2021-2022, a 4.4% increase. In FY 2021-2022, in <br />response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we received additional grant funding specific for COVID relief and <br />were able to decrease our funding request for FY 202-2022 by 2.5%. The current funding request <br />represents a 1.9% increase from our pre-pandemic 2020-2021 allocation of $217,187. <br /> <br />Please note that our funding request does not include any funding for the rental housing work we do at <br />Glen Lennox or at the Landings. <br /> <br />Included with this request for your review are: <br /> <br />• Community Home Trust’s 2022-2023 Annual Work Plan <br />• Community Home Trust’s 2022-2023 operating budget and program budget <br />• 2022-2023 Local Government Support Calculations <br /> <br />We are very grateful for the support of Orange County and the other local governments as we work to <br />increase and preserve the stock of affordable housing in Orange County.
