In order to demonstrate compliance with this requirement, each system providing <br /> fixed-route service is required to adopt an ADA Paratransit Plan detailing all transit services as <br /> well as the eligibility certification process. <br /> Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requires that recipients of federal funds conduct a public <br /> hearing for any changes in transit services.
