Article 6: Development Standa[p <br /> Section 6.15:Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Contro1268F <br /> Requirements, standards, and specifications for <br /> Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans276 and erosion <br /> control techniques, measures, and devices are contained in the Orapq@ County Soil <br /> most current version of t#Ia-the North Carolina <br /> Administrative Code Title 15A Chapter 4: Sedimentation Control, and the most current <br /> version of the North Carolina Erosion and Sediment Control Planning and Design Manual <br /> (NC Erosion Control Manual L77— C`()r.ioc of tho nnRAUQ1 Pro A,h,lablA from tho ErAsinn <br /> z78 <br /> (B) Revisions to t#iaOrange County Erosion Control279 Standards <br /> Corrections, revisions, and amendments to the Soil Erosion apd GAAtrol <br /> Ma+xalOrange County erosion control standards280 shall be made upon recommendation <br /> of the Erosion Control Officered-approval by the Planning Director, and approval by <br /> the281 Orange County Board of Commissioners. <br /> (C) Consistency Between Ordinance and Orange County Erosion Control282 Standards <br /> Nothing in this Section shall be construed to allow approval of a-planan LDP which is <br /> inconsistent with the mandatory standards set forth in Section 6.15.7(B) of this Ordinance <br /> or any other provision of this Ordinance. <br /> 6.15.4 Exclusions <br /> The regulations established within this Section shall not apply to the following land---disturbing <br /> activities: <br /> (A) Agriculture <br /> Activities, including the production and activities relating or incidental to the production of <br /> crops, grains, fruits, vegetables, ornamental and flowering plants, dairy, livestock, poultry, <br /> and all other forms of agriculture283 undertaken on agricultural land for the production of <br /> plants and animals useful to man, including, but not limited to: <br /> (1) Forage& and sod crops, grain& and feed crops, tobacco, cotton and peanuts_; <br /> (2) Dairy animals and dairy products,.; <br /> (3) Poultry and poultry productsr; <br /> (4) Livestock, including beef cattle, llamas, sheep, swine, horses, ponies, mules or <br /> goats, including the breeding and grazing of any or all such animals, <br /> (5) Bees and apiary products,;and <br /> (6) Fur producing animals, and <br /> 216 Consistent use of"Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan"as defined in 15A NCAC 02H.1002(Definitions)- <br /> NOTE.
