AP AthAP 5;@GWrity. <br /> (4(5)—Annual SCM235 Inspection Required <br /> (a) All SCMs shall be inspected by the owning entity at least on an annual <br /> basis to determine whether the SCM is236 performing as <br /> designed and intended. <br /> (b) Records of inspections shall be submitted annually to the Erosion <br /> Control Officer on forms approved by Orange County. <br /> (c) Annual inspections shall begin within one year of the filing date of the <br /> deed for the 212M issuance of the Certificate of Stormwater Compliance <br /> for the SCM.237 <br /> (d) The Erosion Control Officer will inspect each SCM approved pursuant to <br /> these rules approximately every five years. In the event the Erosion <br /> Control Officer discovers the need for corrective action of improvements, <br /> he/she shall notify the owning entity of the needed SCM238 improvements <br /> and the date by which the corrective action is to be completed.
