D-I <br />Keith Cook stated that they nett step is to decide to whom this <br />system is unfair. <br />Gloria Williams again stated that more citizens in the community <br />need to be polled before changes are made. <br />A telephone or a newspaper survey- was mentioned as a possible way <br />of reaching large numbers of citizens. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
