Deficit/Surplus Our budgets hav e always balanced, but we did not prov ide a Cultural <br />Enrichment Program at Estes Hills during the last 2 school years due <br />to COVID. In 2020-21 we budgeted $4,000 and projected a $1,000 <br />grant, but due to COVID we did not apply for the Orange County Arts <br />grant nor did we end up hav ing a Cultural Enrichment Program <br />(funds went to other PTA programs). In 2021-22 (current year) we did <br />not apply for or receiv e an Orange County Arts grant and did not <br />budget for a Cultural Enrichment Program. <br />As shown in the 2022-23 budget, we hav e budgeted $4,055 for next <br />year’s Cultural Enrichment Program and are requesting $2,000 from <br />the Orange County Arts Commission.
