Juanita Alderman
2. Fred Alderman
3. Christian Rice
4. Celia Rice
5. Charles Edens
Applicant: Briant Robey, and Reid Fawcett
Discussion Summary: Every resident that attended the Neighborhood Information
Meeting spoke against this rezoning to allow a retail use to be located on this property.
Residents were aware that it is for a proposed Family Dollar store and questioned the
need since there is another "Dollar Store" in very close proximity to this site. They
indicated it would take away from the character of the surrounding community.
Questions about driveway entrances and safety of the traffic flow were also an item of
discussion.
