Approved 6/2022 3 <br />3. The Grantee shall provide the Agency with progress reports, both financial and <br />programmatic. The following is based upon the Agency contract with the Grantee being <br />two years in time. <br /> <br />For grant awards of less than $250,000, reports are due semi-annually. Documents shall <br />be in the form of individual timesheets that each employee has signed and approved by <br />the appropriate supervisor, travel logs and invoices for in-kind match, copies of checks, <br />bank deposits, and fund transfers for cash match. Other types of documents may be <br />acceptable with the approval of the Agency Manager. <br />This grant contract is for the below-marked amount: <br />☒ Less than $250,000 <br />☐ $250,000 or more <br />4. The Grantee will use the selected easement template unless the exception category has <br />been designated and approved by the Agency. The selection of the appropriate template is <br />based on partnership funding used to secure the conservation easement. Unless clearly <br />delineated in the proposed conservation easement map, the landowner waives the rights <br />of creation of no more than three lots pursuant to N.C.G.S. 106-744(b)(1); therefore, no <br />lots shall be created in the easement area.
