Customer Agency Name <br /> Month 1, 2019 <br />The Proposal Title Goes Here and Breaks Like This Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br /> to the restrictions on the cover page. <br /> Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted ASTRO 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work 1-36 <br />1.4.7.4 Customer Responsibilities <br /> This service requires connectivity from Motorola Solutions’ Security Operations Center to the <br />Customer’s ASTRO 25 system. Procure internet connectivity before the service commences, and <br />maintain it for the duration of the Security Monitoring contract. <br /> Permit Motorola Solutions continuous remote access to monitor the ASTRO 25 system. This <br />includes ensuring the connection is stable and accessible, establishing necessary <br />authorization/credentials for Motorola Solutions, such as, two-factor authentication (2FA) <br />credentials, and working with the Security Operations Center to understand and maintain formal <br />administration privileges. <br /> Provide continuous utility service to any Motorola Solutions equipment installed or utilized at the <br />Customer’s premises to support service delivery. <br /> Provide Motorola Solutions with contact information necessary to complete the Customer <br />Support Plan (“CSP”). Notify the Customer’s Customer Support Manager (“CSM”) prior to any <br />contact changes. <br /> Notify Motorola Solutions if any new components are required to be incorporated into the <br />service. Changes to monitored components may result in changes to the pricing of the ASTRO <br />Security Monitoring service. <br /> Maintain an active Security Update Service (“SUS”) subscription, ensuring the patches and <br />antivirus definitions are applied according to the release cadence of the service. <br /> Ensure the ASTRO 25 system is within the Standard Support Period of the Motorola Solutions <br />Software Support Policy. <br /> Allow Motorola Solutions dispatched field service technicians physical access to the equipment <br />when required. <br /> Ensure all monitored devices within the network are correctly configured for Syslog, forwarding <br />events to the centralized event log server. <br /> Cooperate with Motorola Solutions and perform all acts that are reasonable or necessary to enable <br />Motorola Solutions to provide the services described in this SOW. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 22453AE7-FED2-4AEF-91BB-1C6406B68FE8
