Customer Agency Name <br /> Month 1, 2019 <br />The Proposal Title Goes Here and Breaks Like This Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br /> to the restrictions on the cover page. <br /> Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted ASTRO 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work 1-16 <br />1.4.3.8.2 Added Customer Responsibilities for Advanced Replacement <br /> Pay for Advanced Replacement or Loaner FRU shipping from Motorola Solutions repair depot if <br />the Customer requested shipping outside of standard business hours or carrier programs set forth <br />in Section 1.4.3.8.1: Added Motorola Solutions Responsibilities for Advanced Replacement. See <br />Table 1-5: Shipping Charges and Default Mail Service: for shipping charge details. <br /> Properly package and ship the malfunctioning component using the pre-paid air-bill that arrived <br />with the FRU. The Customer is responsible for properly packaging the malfunctioning <br />infrastructure component to ensure that it is not damaged in transit and arrives in repairable <br />condition. The Customer will be subject to a replacement fee for malfunctioning components <br />returned improperly. <br /> Within five business days of receipt of the advanced replacement FRU from Motorola Solutions’ <br />FRU inventory, properly package the Customer’s malfunctioning FRU and ship the <br />malfunctioning Infrastructure to Motorola Solutions’ repair depot for evaluation and repair. The <br />Customer must send the return air bill back to the repair depot in order to facilitate proper <br />tracking of the returned infrastructure. The Customer will be subject to a full replacement fee for <br />FRU’s not returned within five business days. <br /> At the Customer’s expense and risk of loss, the Customer may send a malfunctioning Motorola <br />Solutions or third-party infrastructure component for repairs before a replacement has been sent. <br />In such cases, the malfunctioning component should be properly packaged and shipped to <br />Motorola Solutions. <br /> Clearly print the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 22453AE7-FED2-4AEF-91BB-1C6406B68FE8
