Motorola Solutions and the Customer will collaborate to agree on <br />payment vehicle that most efficiently facilitates the work, commensurate with the level of <br />urgency that is needed to complete the repair. <br /> Properly package and ship the malfunctioning component, at the Customer’s expense. The <br />Customer is responsible for properly packaging the malfunctioning infrastructure component to <br />ensure it is not damaged in-transit and arrives in repairable condition. <br /> Clearly print the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging. <br /> Maintain versions and configurations for software, applications, and firmware to be installed on <br />repaired equipment. <br /> Provide Motorola Solutions with proper software and firmware information to reprogram <br />equipment after repair, unless current software has caused this malfunction. <br /> Cooperate with Motorola Solutions and perform reasonable or necessary acts to enable Motorola <br />Solutions to provide hardware repair services to the Customer. <br /> At the Customer’s cost, obtain all third-party consents or licenses required to enable Motorola <br />Solutions to provide the service. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 22453AE7-FED2-4AEF-91BB-1C6406B68FE8
