Customer Agency Name <br /> Month 1, 2019 <br />The Proposal Title Goes Here and Breaks Like This Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br /> to the restrictions on the cover page. <br /> Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted ASTRO 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work 1-1 <br />SECTION 1 ASTRO 25 ADVANCED <br />SERVICES STATEMENT OF <br />WORK <br />1.1 OVERVIEW <br />Motorola Solutions’ ASTRO® 25 Advanced Services (“Advanced Services”) provide an integrated <br />and comprehensive sustainment program for fixed end network infrastructure equipment located at <br />the network core, RF sites, and dispatch sites. Advanced Services do not include maintenance for <br />mobile devices, portable devices, or network backhaul equipment. <br />Advanced Services consist of the following elements: <br /> Network Event Monitoring. <br /> Remote Technical Support. <br /> Network Hardware Repair. <br /> Remote Security Update Service. <br /> On-site Infrastructure Response. <br /> Annual Preventive Maintenance. <br /> Security Monitoring. <br />Each of these elements is summarized below and expanded upon in Section 1.4. In the event of a <br />conflict between the descriptions below and an individual subsection of Section 1.4, the individual <br />subsection prevails. <br />This Statement of Work (“SOW”), including all of its subsections and attachments is an integral part <br />of the applicable agreement (“Agreement”) between Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“Motorola Solutions”) <br />and the customer (“Customer”). <br />In order to receive the services as defined within this SOW, the Customer is required to keep the <br />system within a standard support period as described in Motorola Solutions’ Software Support Policy <br />(“SwSP”). <br />Network Event Monitoring <br />Real-time, continuous ASTRO 25 radio communications network monitoring and event management. <br />Using sophisticated tools for remote monitoring and event characterization, Motorola Solutions will <br />assess events, determine the appropriate response, and initiate that response. Possible responses <br />include remotely addressing the issue, escalation to product technical support groups, and dispatch of <br />designated field technical resources. <br />Remote Technical Support <br />Motorola Solutions will provide telephone consultation with specialists skilled at diagnosing and <br />swiftly resolving infrastructure operational technical issues that require a high level of ASTRO 25 <br />network experience and troubleshooting capabilities. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 22453AE7-FED2-4AEF-91BB-1C6406B68FE8
