She said <br /> she would like to get a sense of how the group feels about the suggested changes as they <br /> move through the topics. <br /> In relation to the first topic on the slide above, Commissioner Bedford said once the <br /> Board makes a decision, even it was a split vote, everyone moves forward in support, which is a <br /> positive. For an improvement, she said the Board needs to implement the GARE equity model <br /> at meetings. <br />
