3 . The Grantee shall provide the Agency with progress reports , both financial and <br /> programmatic . The following is based upon the Agency contract with the Grantee being <br /> two years in time . <br /> For grant awards of less than $250 , 000 , reports are due semi - annually . Documents shall <br /> be in the form of individual timesheets that each employee has signed and approved by <br /> the appropriate supervisor, travel logs and invoices for in-kind match, copies of checks , <br /> bank deposits , and fiend transfers for cash match . Other types of documents may be <br /> acceptable with the approval of the Agency Manager . <br /> This grant contract is for the below-marked amount : <br /> ® Less than $250 , 000 <br /> 0 $ 250 , 000 or more <br /> 4 . The Grantee will use the selected easement template unless the exception category has <br /> been designated and approved by the Agency . The selection of the appropriate template is <br /> based on partnership funding used to secure the conservation easement . Unless clearly <br /> delineated in the proposed conservation easement map , the landowner waives the rights <br /> of creation of no more than three lots pursuant to N . C . G .
