Install a lockset, <br /> deadbolt and interior trim to match the existing trim. Paint the door and <br /> trim with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br /> 5. Install a new full glass aluminum storm door. Door to have a self- <br /> storing glass and screen, lever action handle,key,pneumatic closure and <br /> vinyl sweep. Door is to have a lifetime warranty. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> 1. Clean the gutters. Reinstall the leave guards. <br /> 2. Chalk around the bathroom ceiling. Use white latex chalk. <br /> 3. Install a dryer vent cover, located on the driveway side. <br /> 4. Remove all of the old baseboard heat registers. <br /> 5. Repair wall where baseboard registers were removed. Prime area and <br /> paint. Install matching baseboard and paint. <br />
