The drain basin <br /> shall be a minimum of 24"x 24". The basin shall be constructed of <br /> thick black plastic. The drain basin will collect the water that is <br /> heading toward the house. Connect 6" solid drain tile to the basin <br /> and run the tile to the lower end of the lot. Plant grass seed and <br /> straw the disturbed area of the yard. The drain basin shall have a <br /> thick plastic grid to prevent debris from entering the drain lines. <br /> 2. Pressure wash the exterior. Paint the siding with flat exterior latex. <br /> Paint the exterior trim with semi-gloss exterior latex. Paint the shutters <br /> with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br /> 3. Remove the existing laundry room door. Install a six panel,metal <br /> insulated door unit with weather-stripping and threshold. Install a <br /> new lockset. The lockset is to be keyed the same as the front and <br /> side locksets. <br /> 4. Remove the gutter on the left front and replace the rotten gutter <br /> board. Reinstall the old gutter. <br /> MECHANICAL: <br /> 1. Install a propane gas split heat and air system. System to be 92% <br /> efficient. Install insulated ductwork. Make all mechanical and <br /> electrical connections. Install a service platform in the attic for the <br /> furnace. Build a catwalk from the disappearing stairway to the heat system. <br /> Install the condensing unit on concrete slab on the back side of the house. <br /> WINDOWS: <br /> 1. Remove the existing windows and storm windows. Install thermopane, <br /> vinyl replacement windows with one openable sash, screen and trim. <br />
