5 . A current copy of the schedule of the Board ' s regular meetings has been <br /> on file with me continuously since at least May 1 , 2022 . <br /> 6 . Adoption of Bond Order - - A regular meeting of the Board was properly <br /> called and held on May S , 2016, at the place and time established for this meeting in j <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina . A quorum was present and acting throughout this <br /> I <br /> meeting. At this meeting, the Board properly adopted the attached Bond Order, <br /> i <br /> entitled " Bond Order Authorizing the Issuance of Orange County General Obligation <br /> School Bonds in the Maximum Amount of $ 120 , 000 , 000 , Subject to Voter Approval . " <br /> This Bond Order has not been repealed, revoked, rescinded or amended, and remains <br /> in full effect as of today. This is the same Bond Order that had been introduced at a <br /> i <br /> Board meeting on March 22 , 2016 . <br /> 7 . Adoption of Bond Resolution - - A regular meeting of the Board was <br /> properly called and held on May 3 , 2022 , at the place and time established for this <br /> meeting in Hillsborough, North Carolina . A quorum of the Board was present and <br /> acting throughout the meeting. At this meeting, the Board properly adopted the j <br /> attached Resolution, entitled " Resolution for the Sale of School Bonds . " This <br /> Resolution has not been repealed, revoked, rescinded or amended, and remains in full <br /> effect as of today, <br /> 8 .
