At this point in time, the state anticipates level <br /> funding for next year. Final guidance on budgetary amounts will be provided in July. <br /> General CSHS Orthopedic <br /> Maternal Health Child Health <br /> AIDS (Federal) Child Service Coordination <br /> Family Planning Intensive Home Visiting <br /> Immunization Action Plan Food and Lodging <br /> Environmental Health <br /> Block Grant that includes Communicable Disease, Adult Health and Health Promotion <br /> The Health Department will no longer be providing the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening <br /> Program for women age 50 and older through CDC funding. Over the past three years, the <br /> eligibility requirements for participating in this program have become increasingly restrictive but <br /> the required number of participants has remained the same. Despite increased outreach <br /> efforts, the Department is unable to meet the required number of participants and is therefore <br /> discontinuing iiie program. The Department is aiternN'Lirig to locate another community-provider <br /> that may be willing to serve this population through its primary care practice. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The state consolidated agreement is anticipated to provide $466,848 <br /> federal and state dollars to the County to provide specific services for fiscal year 2002-2003 (a <br /> decrease over the previous year of$30,548). The reductions were in the Families in Focus <br /> Intensive Home Visiting Program, the Health Promotion area, and in Environmental Health. <br />
