Term <br /> <br /> <br />This Sales Order together with the Agreement executed by the parties contain the entire agreement <br />regarding the Customer’s use of the product described in this Sales Order and may be amended only in <br />writing signed by both parties. Title: <br /> <br />Date: Date: <br /> <br />Description <br />The Initial Term of this Sales Order commences on the 1st of April 2022 and continues in effect for a <br />period of 15 months. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Sales Order shall automatically renew <br />for successive periods of twelve (12) months each (each a "Renewal Term"), unless either Party <br />provides written notice to the other Party of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to <br />expiration of the Initial Term or any then current Renewal Term. Each Renewal Term may be subject <br />to a mutually agreed upon fee increase.
