The following is based upon the Agency contract with the Grantee being <br /> two years in time. <br /> For grant awards of less than$250,000,reports are due semi-annually. Documents shall <br /> be in the form of individual timesheets that each employee has signed and approved by <br /> the appropriate supervisor, travel logs and invoices for in-kind match, copies of checks, <br /> bank deposits, and fund transfers for cash match. Other types of documents may be <br /> acceptable with the approval of the Agency Manager. <br /> This grant contract is for the below-marked amount: <br /> ® Less than$250,000 <br /> ❑ $250,000 or more <br /> 4. The Grantee will use the selected easement template unless the exception category has <br /> been designated and approved by the Agency. The selection of the appropriate template is <br /> based on partnership funding used to secure the conservation easement. Unless clearly <br /> delineated in the proposed conservation easement map, the landowner waives the rights <br /> of creation of no more than three lots pursuant to N.C.G.S. 106-744(b)(1); therefore, no <br /> lots shall be created in the easement area.
