Passmore Center(2 events) <br /> • Hargraves Community Center MAP Participant Structure <br /> • Efland-Cheeks Community Center The structure of this MAP built off of the success <br /> • Cedar Grove Community Center of the past four MAPS. For the 2017-22 MAP <br /> six workgroups were created representing <br /> • Rogers Road Community Center the age-friendly domains.Those groups were <br /> • Virtual Event Transportation, Outdoor Space and Buildings, <br /> Housing,Social Participations and Inclusion, Civic <br /> Key Informant Interviews Participation and Employment,and Community <br /> Throughout the fall 2021 and spring 2022,Janice Supports and Health Services.
