He <br /> 15 said the social justice goals (approved in 2015) and environmental goals (approved in 2019) are <br /> 16 included on every agenda abstract. He said page 27 of the retreat packet shows the priorities as <br /> 17 discussed at the previous year's retreat and how all departments have made efforts to <br /> 18 implement the priorities. <br /> 19 Lydian Altman said the Board should never lose an opportunity to celebrate progress, <br /> 20 and asked what they are proud of when reading through the work the county has done, or even <br /> 21 something not on the list. <br /> 22 Commissioner Bedford said one of the big things she is proud of was transitioning to <br /> 23 Alliance as the county's MCO, and also leading the state in COVID-19 vaccines. <br /> 24 Commissioner Greene celebrated the county's broadband initiative. <br /> 25 Chair Price shared her view that the goals need to be reviewed because they are <br /> 26 reflective of the values of a different board at a different time. <br /> 27 Lydian Altman said one of the questions for the Board to decide is what to do with the <br /> 28 goals, but would like to continue to celebrate some of the accomplishments before that <br /> 29 discussion. <br />
