Having served on the <br /> Alumni Council for a prestigious college for a number of years, I have a real sense of the <br /> challenge a community college faces in tryin to service its local constituents. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> My time on the Hamilton College Alumni council left me feeling as though I was lending my <br /> efforts to a cause that maybe didn t need my help.
