She said the county has no control over 501(c)(3)s. She <br /> said they have no authority to tell them how to operate meetings or anything that they do. She <br /> said that she explained that the public comment was just a question that the commissioners <br /> had. She said if any agencies contact the Board about their score, she asked them to refer <br /> them to her or to the department director who oversees their advisory board.
