Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance —Approval and Certification of 2022 <br /> Report <br /> The Board approved and certified the 2022 Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Technical Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC) Report. <br /> h. Re-affirm Acceptance of Planning Jurisdiction Over Two Parcels from the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill to Orange County <br /> The Board re-affirmed, by adoption of a Resolution, previous action taken by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners on March 1, 2022 to accept planning jurisdiction over two parcels from <br /> the Town of Chapel Hill. <br /> i. Proposed Sale of 129 East King Street, Hillsborough, NC <br /> The Board approved of the sale of County-owned property located at 129 East King Street, <br /> Hillsborough, NC, and the approval of a resolution authorizing the sale of the property through a <br /> negotiated offer, advertisement, and upset bid process. <br /> Regarding item 8-e, Commissioner Richards asked if that removes the remaining <br /> amount of money. <br />
