She asked if there were any personnel savings from the county by <br /> doing that. <br /> Travis Myren said these are longstanding contracts, so he does not have a good answer <br /> for that. He said the county did take on the administration of those contracts directly. <br /> Commissioner Bedford asked if an accounting firm will review all of these to make sure <br /> the monies were spent on Orange County residents. <br /> Travis Myren said yes and that is why they took it over from Cardinal. He said that <br /> Alliance has a different system and will report all finances and performance measures. He said <br /> this is a much better system. <br />
