This program addresses Orange <br />County’s Goal 1: Ensure a community network of basic human services and infrastructure <br />that maintains, protects, and promotes the well-being of all county residents. While <br />delivering lunch, volunteers are able to make a quick assessment of each recipient’s <br />physical and cognitive condition; if there appears to be a change in condition, it is reported <br />to the program coordinator who follows through with the recipient’s emergency contact or <br />appropriate Orange County department, including Emergency Services. <br />   <br />  <br />  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 71F97F5F-5151-4635-B81A-84B74866F622
