Fair treatment means <br /> that no group of people should bear a disproportionate share of the negative <br /> environmental consequences resulting from industrial, governmental and <br /> commercial operations or policies. <br /> Planning and Inspections Department <br /> 5. The Planning and Inspections Department requests to amend its budget with the following <br /> items: <br /> • As of June 30, 2022 $220,198 of budgeted updates to the 2017 Orange County <br /> Transit Plan had been performed. This budget amendment provides for the re- <br /> budgeting of the remaining amount of $134,757 to be 100% reimbursed by Article <br /> 43 Transit Tax proceeds. <br />
