Fair treatment means <br /> that no group of people should bear a disproportionate share of the negative <br /> environmental consequences resulting from industrial, governmental and <br /> commercial operations or policies. <br /> Department on Aging <br /> 2. The Department on Aging requests to amend its budget with the following items: <br /> • The Department on Aging has received $386,966 in American Rescue Plan Act <br /> State Senior Center funds through Triangle J Council of Governments with a grant <br /> period of July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024. These funds will be used for access, <br /> in-home supportive services, congregate nutrition services, home-delivered nutrition <br /> services and family caregiver support services. This budget amendment <br /> appropriates these funds and creates the following Department on Aging Grant <br /> Project Ordinance in the Multi-Year Grants Fund, outside of the General Fund: <br /> ARPA Aging Grant ($386,966) — Project #95029 <br /> Revenues for this project: <br /> Current FY 2022-23 FY 2022-23 FY 2022-23 <br /> Amendment Revised <br /> ARPA Aging Grant Revenue $0 $386,966 $386,966 <br /> Total Project Funding $0 $386,966 $386,966 <br />
