Re-affirm Acceptance of Planning Jurisdiction Over Two Parcels from the Town of <br /> 38 Chapel Hill to Orange County <br /> 39 The Board re-affirmed, by adoption of a Resolution, previous action taken by the Board of <br /> 40 County Commissioners on March 1, 2022 to accept planning jurisdiction over two parcels from <br /> 41 the Town of Chapel Hill. <br /> 42 i. Proposed Sale of 129 East King Street, Hillsborough, NC <br /> 43 The Board approved of the sale of County-owned property located at 129 East King Street, <br /> 44 Hillsborough, NC, and the approval of a resolution authorizing the sale of the property through a <br /> 45 negotiated offer, advertisement, and upset bid process. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Regarding item 8-e, Commissioner Richards asked if that removes the remaining <br /> 48 amount of money. <br /> 49 Steve Arndt said the allocation was for the FY21-22 allocation year. He said that in <br /> 50 October 2021 they came to the Board for approval of the non-school portion. He said this item <br /> 51 now takes care of the schools. <br />
