<br /> 15 For households at 30% AMI and under, 5% of the 2021 LHA participants at 30% AMI
<br /> 16 and under had tax bills in excess of $2,000 (double the max assistance of $1,000);

<br /> 18 5% times the max assistance ($1,000) and then adding this to the remainder of the
