She asked if there were any personnel savings from the county by <br /> 5 doing that. <br /> 6 Travis Myren said these are longstanding contracts, so he does not have a good answer <br /> 7 for that. He said the county did take on the administration of those contracts directly. <br /> 8 Commissioner Bedford asked if an accounting firm will review all of these to make sure <br /> 9 the monies were spent on Orange County residents. <br /> 10 Travis Myren said yes and that is why they took it over from Cardinal.
