Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 33 The Board approved a resolution to release motor vehicle property tax values for six taxpayers <br /> 34 with a total of six bills that will result in a reduction of revenue. <br /> 35 c. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 36 The Board approved a resolution to release property tax values for eight taxpayers with a total <br /> 37 of thirty-three bills that will result in a reduction of revenue. <br /> 38 d. Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budget Amendment#12 <br /> 39 The Board approved a budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2021-22. <br /> 40 e. Renewal of Health Services Agreement with Southern Health Partners for Medical <br /> 41 Services at the Orange County Detention Center <br /> 42 The Board approved the amendment and renewal of the Health Services Agreement with <br /> 43 Southern Health Partners for medical services at the Orange County Detention Center; and <br /> 44 authorized the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br /> 45 f. Table Application for Future Land Use Map and Zoning Atlas Amendment— <br /> 46 Richardson (MA20-0006) — NC Highway 86 South, Near Fletcher Road <br /> 47 The Board tabled action to its December 5, 2022 BOCC Business Meeting on Comprehensive <br /> 48 Plan Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and Zoning Atlas amendments for a 2.72-acre parcel of <br /> 49 property, further identified using Orange County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) 9873-54- <br /> 50 6387, owned by Ms. Gary Carleen Richardson. <br />
