Discussion of County Departments' FY2022-23 Recommended Budgets within the <br /> 13 General Government, Support Services, and Community Services Functional Leadership <br /> 14 Teams <br /> 15 The Board reviewed and discussed FY 2022-23 recommended departmental budgets within the <br /> 16 General Government, Support Services, and Community Services Functional Leadership <br /> 17 Teams. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 BACKGROUND: The County Manager presented the FY 2022-23 Recommended Operating <br /> 20 Budget on May 3, 2022. Since then, the Board has conducted one public hearing to receive <br /> 21 residents' comments regarding the proposed funding plan. On May 12, 2022, the Board <br /> 22 discussed recommended FY 2022-23 budgets for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of <br /> 23 Education and Orange County Schools Board of Education.
