She said the county has no control over 501(c)(3)s. She <br /> 6 said they have no authority to tell them how to operate meetings or anything that they do. She <br /> 7 said that she explained that the public comment was just a question that the commissioners <br /> 8 had. She said if any agencies contact the Board about their score, she asked them to refer them <br /> 9 to her or to the department director who oversees their advisory board.
