<br /> Section 5.7: Standards for Recreational Uses
<br /> the first site plan approved;
<br /> (vi) Changes in pedestrian and/or vehicular access or circulation that
<br /> moves such facilities more than 25-feet; and
<br /> (vii) A change in the location or extent of street and utility
<br /> improvements or rights-of-way, including water, sewer and storm
<br /> drainage facilities, which would provide a different level of
<br /> service and that is not associated with a less than 10% increase
<br /> in playable acreage.
<br /> (C) Submittal Requirements
<br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2.9, the following information shall be
<br /> supplied as part of the application for approval of this use:
<br /> (1) A site plan prepared in accordance with Section 2.5, also illustrating the golf
<br /> course routing plan. The plan shall show the center line of play,the boundaries
<br /> of fairways, greens, tees, roughs, hazards, and buffers.
<br /> (2) A written and graphic site analysis illustrating soils, depth to water table, slope,
<br /> hydrology, vegetation, natural areas and habitats of special concern,
<br /> infrastructure and other manmade features, historic and archaeological sites, and
<br /> a visual analysis of views into and from the site;
<br /> (3) A biological inventory which identifies habitat diversity, species diversity, species
<br /> of special concern such as those designated as threatened or endangered, last
<br /> known sighting, candidate species likely to be present which may warrant
<br /> protection, specimen trees outstanding in size and/or species, and the status and
<br /> source of the information compiled in the inventory. The biological inventory shall
<br /> be accompanied by an analysis describing habitat integrity, relationships
<br /> between habitats and to ecological communities off site, any existing threats to
<br /> flora and fauna, and potential for habitat enhancement;
<br /> (4) An Environmental Assessment as required per Section 6.16 of this Ordinance;
<br /> (5) Grading and F'�^ Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan;
<br /> (6) Stormwater Management Plan (SMP);
<br /> (7) Utilities Plan, including schematic irrigation plan;
<br /> (8) Landscape Plan;
<br /> (9) Resources Management and Mitigation Plan including, but not limited to,
<br /> construction policies, methods for protecting water resources and natural areas,
<br /> pollutant monitoring program, restoration and mitigation plan for wetlands and
<br /> other habitats, federal permits as may be required for alteration of wetlands,
<br /> maintenance specifications for on-going site management, including solid waste,
<br /> water conservation plan;
<br /> (10) Integrated Pest Management Program demonstrating a monitoring program for
<br /> pest problems as well as biological and chemical methods to control weeds,
<br /> insects, and disease; and
<br /> (11) Hazardous Materials Management Plan, including a description of the program
<br /> for application, storage, and handling of pesticides, fertilizers, swimming pool
<br /> chemicals, and any other hazardous substances; a Material Safety Data Sheet
<br /> listing each substance, its known impacts, physical properties, and protective
<br /> measures; a Tier Two form stating the location and quantity of each substance;
<br /> and building and site plans showing location and quantities of hazardous
<br /> materials.
