Article 6: Development Standards 102 <br /> Section 6.14:Stormwater Management <br /> (c) Failure to pay the 5-year SCM <br /> maintenance inspection fee shall be deemed a violation of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 6 14 106.14.11 Amendments to Approved Plans and SPGGifiGati0A65CMS247 <br /> (A) Minor Amendments to Approved SCM248 Plans and Specifications <br /> (1) AP4QAdmQAtc Minor amendments to the approved SCM plans and specifications <br /> shall gas be <br /> approved by the Erosion Control Officer, provided that the proposed250 changes <br /> do not involve a change in the type of the SCM. a change in the location of the <br /> SCM, or an SCM area/volumes4e increase greater than 50% of the approved <br /> SCM area/volume .251 <br /> (2) Proposed changes shall be prepared by a North Carolina registered professional <br /> engineer or landscape architect (to the extent that floe—General Statutes Chapter <br /> 89A; allows)252 and submitted for review by the Erosion Control Officer. <br /> (3) Erosion Control Officer Review <br /> (a) If the Erosion Control Officer approves the proposed changes, the <br /> owning entity of the SCM shall file sealed <br /> copies of the revisions with the Erosion Control Officer. <br /> (b) If the Erosion Control Officer disapproves the proposed253 changes, the <br /> proposal shallnaay254 be revised and resubmitted as a new proposal.
