The following statistics represent the 10 year trend analysis of new <br />single-family dwellings between 1995-2004 <br />• Attachment 1 <br />Chart a -reflects the number of new single-family dwellings (NSFD) <br />permitted per year. <br />- The "spike" occurred in 2001 with 552 NSFD; the low occurred in <br />1995 with 334 NSFD. <br />- The green line translates the total square footage being built each <br />year into the number of NSFD, using the 1995 square footage as a <br />base-line.
