BACKGROUND : At the June 9 , 2022 budget work session , the Board of County Commissioners made decisions regarding the County ' s FY2022 -23 budget . See the following attachments related to those decisions : • Attachment 1 — the Resolution of Intent to Adopt the FY 2022 -23 Orange County Budget outlines the actions approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 9 , 2022 • Attachment 2 — the FY 2022 -23 Budget Ordinance is the legislation implementing the FY2022 - 23 Annual Operating Budget for Orange County , including Grants Project Ordinances • Attachment 3 — the FY 2022 -23 County Fee Schedule FINANCIAL IMPACT : The financial impacts are as noted in the attachments . SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT : There are no Orange County Social Justice Goal impacts associated with this item . ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT : There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal impacts associated with this item . RECOMMENDATION ( S ) : The Manager recommends the Board adopt the FY 2022 -23 Budget Ordinances and the FY 2022 -23 County Fee Schedule , consistent with the parameters outlined in the Board ' s " Resolution of Intent to Adopt the FY 2022 -23 Orange County Budget .
