Loan Amendment Request <br /> PURPOSE : To approve a budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2021 -22 . <br /> BACKGROUND . <br /> Community Loan Fund <br /> The Orange County Rape Crisis ( OCRC ) was approved by the BOCC for a no interest Capital <br /> Loan in the amount of $ 24 , 340 in 2018 . Subsequently , OCRC now wishes to make a property <br /> acquisition ands requesting an additional $48 , 000 . OCRC has provided all of the required <br /> financial information for this capital loan . These funds will be provided from the County ' s <br /> Community Loan Fund pursuant to the County ' s Capital Loan Policy for Nonprofits . <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT : Financial impacts are included in the background information above . The <br /> Community Loan Fund will increase by $ 48 , 000 . <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT : There are no Orange County Social Justice Goal impacts <br /> associated with this item . <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT : There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with this item . <br /> RECOMMENDATION ( S ) : The Manager recommends the Board approve the budget amendment <br /> for Fiscal Year 2021 -22 . <br />
