Communications Towers Trust Fund — At its June 1 , 2021 meeting , the Board of County <br /> Commissioners approved establishment of Non - Major funds , including the <br /> Communications Towers Trust Fund . These Non - Major funds are used to account for <br /> assets the County holds in a trust capacity on behalf of others . The Communications Tower <br /> Trust Fund accounts for application fees paid to the County by telecommunication <br /> companies , with these fees being used to pay costs associated with determining tower <br /> location and construction . This budget amendment appropriates $ 15 , 000 in fund balance <br /> of application fees paid and $ 14 , 100 in revenue received in FY 2021 -22 to pay consultant <br />
