2/17 <br />Back lobby <br />Notes <br />Does not include the beams at the ceiling <br />Owner or person in charge of the project will have to make sure areas are clear <br />before painting <br />Use Sherwin Williams Promar 200 Zero VOC. <br />Light sand walls before paint. <br />Caulk gaps and cracks on wood trim if includes paint. <br />Repair minor cracks or nails spots on same areas that will be painted. <br />Protect floors and furniture. (There is always a lighter dust involved on jobs <br />specially when is drywall patches involved on the job, so may will be some <br />incrustation between floor seems) <br />Customer must have areas cleared, if there is some furniture that need help to <br />move it, painters can assist you with that. <br />Areas involved in the work process most be without presence of children's and <br />pets for safety purposes. <br />DISCLAIMER: Due to paint market shortages sometimes the paint product (brand <br />& quality) mentioned in the estimate is not available at the time of execution of <br />the project - in such cases we will notify the customer so he can choose between: <br />a) moving forward with a new paint product (brand & quality) that matches the <br />paint product offered, or b) delaying the project execution to a later date when the <br />paint product offered is available in the market. <br />Discount per Eduardo $-1,300.00 <br />Total $12,600.00 <br />Compensation. Client shall pay as set forth above. Price is subject to change, with customer's <br />approval. <br />Invoicing & Payment. Invoice is sent to the customer upon completion of the work. The invoice <br />payment due date is upon receipt of invoice. A late payment fee of 1% per month will be charged <br />on unpaid balances after the invoice payment due date. <br />On jobs above $8,000.00 dollars, GPC will require a partial payment of 35% on front and the <br />balance by the end of the project when job is completed, previous inspection with customer and <br />project manager <br />Cancellation Fee: Once estimate is approved and the start date is already set, cancellation of the <br />project will have a cancellation fee for the 1% of the total price of the project approved. <br />WARRANTY: <br />Exterior Paint. Full exterior paint have a limited warranty of one (1) year of workmanship. <br />Carpentry repairs done during this time will have also one (1) year.
